Fixture

Sunday 25th March meant a home fixture for the under 7s against nelson, despite only having 2 under8s players the mini newts played a mixed 7/8s team against the nelson under 7s and under 8s. It was another great effort against a very good Nelson team. Some great rugby on display and some stand out tries. Our under 7s not looking out of place against the older kids. Great continuous support play and passing put Ashton Fletcher over for a try and a possible try of the season from Zak Roach. Abbie O'brien and Iwan Thomas also putting in great performances. Nelson coming away winners with a score of 19-11. A great all around tagging and skills display from Ashton Fletcher earned him a well deserved MOM award. Proud coaches and parents all round.
